 We
have a large installed capacity that gives us the adequate
flexibility to comply with the requirements of our clients.
Our plant is equipped with high-tech machinery that
allows us to produce large volumes of bottles under
demanding quality standards.
The capacities of our bottles vary between 30 c.c. and
one gallon, and are made in diverse materials like high,
medium or low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene,
PVC and PET.
We warrant the quality of our products by carrying out
Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and lot certification
under the parameters of the Militar Standard tables.
We have also implemented many techniques for quality
assurance, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maximize our
productivity and assure our client’s total satisfaction.
The
industrial processes we use for the manufacturing of
plastic bottles are blow molding, injection-blow molding,
injection-stretch-blow molding (PET).
